Things I found, read, did, and produced this past week.
Things I consumed
- For the majority of this week, I was at PAX East with some friends so the following are things I found interesting:
- Disgaea Mayhem is a new game from Nippon Ichi in the same extended universe as the Disgaea series but now with a twist of hack and slash combat.
- Never's End is an indie tactics game where the climate around you can be played with to your advantage by changing the temper and humidity.
- Mailville is a twinstick shooter where you are a robot tasked with delivering mail in various levels. Great artstyle and there's a lot of different side things to explore in each level they had in the demo beyond just a single route around town.
- Tales of Tuscany is a new game from the indie dev who made Athenian Rhapsody. Very whimsical and beautiful pixel art with similar gameplay mechanics as their first published game.
