My Theme for 2026: Agency

The past few years rather than having New Years Resolutions, I've had themes and mantras I want to live by. If you've read what I've been posting over the past few years, 2024 was Intentionality, and 2025 was Accountability, and into this new year, I am picking Agency. It it is very similar to the last few ones, but my mindset on such is into this new year, I want to continue flexing my skills that I still care about and have control over what things I learn, what I consume, and how I decide to run my life rather than let some giant corporation take that away from me. That includes:
- Curating content via RSS feeds rather than always social media algorithms
- Integrating AI into my development workflows rather than replacing them
- Write content manually rather than generating it with AI
